Identify Touch Displays in your System
If your Avocor touch display does not seem to be working on an active Windows 10 or 11 source, and you've ensured that the source is connected correctly for video and USB touch inputs, then your source may not have identified your display as a proper touch screen. Please follow the steps below to fix the problem.
- Open Control Panel>Tablet PC Settings
- Press Setup under Configure.
- Click Pen or Touch (you will want to set up both).
- Follow the instructions for identifying your Avocor displays.
Touch Calibration
If you have a Windows 10 or 11 source device and are experiencincing lag or misplaced touchpoints on your Avocor display, the following calibration steps should help resolve the problem.
- Open Control Panel>Tablet PC Settings
- Under Display Options, select the problematic touch display from the drop down menu
- Click Calibrate
- Touch the cross-hair in the corner of the screen, and follow the sequence to completion
- Repeat steps 2 thru 4 for any other touch displays in the system
- When finished, click OK in the Tablet PC Settings window, and you’re good to go!
