If an end user or IT administrator deletes an R-Series product from their FUSE account, it will no longer be registered with Xyte. If you attempt to claim the device manually into the FUSE account with serial number and MAC address, it will fail to be added to the account.
Please follow the instructions below for a how-to on re-registering your AVR device to Xyte/Fuse.
Workaround:
- 1.Delete the device from RiseVision at risevision.com
- 2.Factory reset the device using the included Avocor IR remote
- Press Settings button
- Click Device Preferences
- Click About
- Click Factory Reset
- Click Factory Reset
- Click Erase Everything
- Perform the out-of-box setup
- Add the device to the RiseVision account
- After about 5 minutes, the device should be re-registered with FUSE
