AVE 5530/40 & AVE 5550 Comparison

Please note that the main difference between the two displays are the front-facing buttons on the display, and the change to move towards our standard Avocor remote.

 

I/Os

In terms of Inputs/Outputs, the two displays are similar, but these are the main differences:

  • E30/E40 I/Os: less USB ports, and the USB-C on the front provides less power
    • Front Inputs

      • 1 x USB-A 3.0 hub
    • Side Inputs
      • 1 x USB-B Touch
      • 1 x USB-A 3.0 Hub
  • E50 I/Os: more USB ports, more USB Touch Inputs, USB-C on the side, and Front USB-C provides more power
    • Front Inputs
      • 1 x Type-C (65W PD)
      • 2 x USB-A 3.0 Hub
    • Side Inputs:
      • 1 x Type C (15W PD)
      • 3 x USB-B 3.0 Touch
      • 2 x USB-A 3.0 Hub

 

Mounting

In terms of differences between mounting the two displays, there is no difference. They are the same dimensions. The only difference is the weight.

  • E30: 32.5 kgs (71.65 lbs)
  • E40: 28 kgs (61.73 lbs)
  • E50: 29 kgs (63.93 lbs)
