- Answer: three years is the global standard warranty for Avocor displays, with regional differences determined by the local jurisdiction; 1 and 2 year extension upgrades are available for purchase - contact your dealer for further details.

- Answer: two years is the global standard warranty for Avocor accessories, including our proprietary OPS modules.

- Can I get a demo of an Avocor display?

- Do Avocor displays have "smart" capabilities?
- Answer: Avocor's design philosophy on our current line of products is based around hardware agnostic compatibility, high quality interactivity, and security. As such, our current line of displays should not be considered "smart TVs" but they do have many smart features, such as network connectivity, room control compatibility (as with crestron), and UiQ.
- Do Avocor displays have integrated computers?
- Answer: some of our legacy products do have integrated "mini-PCs," but our newer models including the E20, E30, F50, W55, and G60 series displays do not have an integrated PC and must be supported by either an external computer or an OPS module.
- How do I connect my computer or other source device to an Avocor display?
- Answer: HDMI or DisplayPort and USB for touch is a popular method, Type C USB are also supported on many of our models.
- Can I connect my USB accessories to my Avocor display?
- Answer: Avocor displays feature USB-A accessory ports for mouse + keyboard, cameras, speakerphone systems, and more.
- How do I wirelessly project or cast to my Avocor display?
- Answer: for our current line up of Avocor displays, a peripheral source device such as an Avocor OPS, external PC, or other casting device. With the OPS and PC, please ensure that Wireless Presentation (formerly Miracast) is enabled.
- Can I control my Avocor display through a room control system?
- Answer: Avocor displays are RS232 or LAN control ready. We work closely with room control providers such as Crestron to ensure our interactive displays meet compatibility standards.
- Can my Avocor display connect to the internet?
- Answer: many Avocor displays feature Ethernet In/Out ports that allow them to connect to a network. WiFi can also be enabled on some models via our AVC-USB-WiFi device.
- Do I need an active stylus for my Avocor display?
- Answer: the IR based touch technology featured in our large format interactive displays do not require an active stylus. As such, our proprietary styluses do not need any built-in electronics in order to perform like active styluses you might see on other platforms.
- Are Avocor displays 4K?
- Answer: Avocor's current line up of interactive displays support resolutions and frame rates up to 4K@60Hz.
